Fishing is in the history of our owners, the Kyuquot Checleset First Nations, for hundreds of years. I, myself, have been in the fishing lodge industry for over 30 years as a guide and in management of high end lodges, fuelled by my passion of fishing, growing up with a fishing rod in my hands from a young age. The passion derived from a hook set and good fight has only increased by seeing the passion of our guests looking for the same experience.
