Tafika Zambezi

Tafika Camp accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 luxury brick under thatch chalets. Each chalet boasts comfortable twin beds, overhead fans and a stylish en-suite bathroom with shower, providing all the necessary comforts for your stay. Each chalet is carefully positioned so that from your verandah you will have a breathtaking view of the Zambezi and can enjoy the sun setting over the Zambian hills. A short walk from each chalet along well-let brick pathways is the main lodge incorporating the dining room, bar and lounge area. There is a large patio with an open fire pit providing the perfect place for evening sundowners before a sumptuous evening meal. Nearby there is also a small plunge pool providing welcome relief during the heat of the day. The lodge itself and the chalets are thatched from local grasses and shaded by stately tamarind trees. Tafika Zambezi is truly an island of luxury in the wilderness of the Lower Zambezi, little changed since David Livingstone passed by.
