Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of any activity due to technical issues, Blue Safari commits to rescheduling the
activity at a date and time agreed upon with the client.
If the activity is canceled by Blue Safari and cannot be rescheduled because the client is departing on
the same day, no cancellation fees will be applicable.
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- 48 hours or more prior to the excursion: No cancellation fees will be applied
- Day before the excursion (Day -1):
- Between 08:00 a.m. and 03:59 p.m.: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- After 04:00 p.m.: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Day of the excursion (Day D): 100% of the total amount will be charged.
If the client reschedules their booking and later cancels it or fails to show up on the day of the activity, 100%of the total amount will be charged.
Medical Exception:
If a client cancels on the presentation of a medical certificate, no cancellation fees will be applied for the affected individual.
Weather-Related Interruptions:
In the event of adverse weather causing a temporary suspension of any activity:
If the client agrees to retain their booking and proceeds to Blue Safari’s welcoming desk knowing the activity is on standby, there will be no refund for transportation costs if the activity is ultimately canceled that day.
Blue Safari will make every effort to accommodate clients in the next available time slot on the sameday, if possible, or reschedule the activity to another suitable day.
