I'm a teacher by nature and a guide by calling. That started young. I watched a childhood friend chase tigerfish on the Zambezi and GTs in Mozambique with his dad. Then my own stepdad landed a bronze whaler off our coastline, and I saw what was possible right here. I've spent years since learning exactly what this stretch of shore gives up, and when. We fish the tides, not the clock. Your session might start before first light. It might run through the afternoon instead. It depends on what gives us the best shot at what's feeding that day. Bronze whaler, raggedtooth, kob, garrick. All worked from the shore. No boat, no shortcuts. Just patient, informed fishing until the reel goes off and the fight is on. I don't guarantee a catch. What I guarantee is a properly guided day worth clearing your calendar for. A full day gives us a real shot at this coastline. If you want to stack the odds further, I recommend a minimum of three days.

I grew up without a dad. What hooked me on fishing wasn't the fish, it was watching my childhood best friend and his dad chase theirs across an actual expedition, tigerfish on the Zambezi, GTs in Mozambique. That sense of setting out after something big stayed with me. Then my stepdad landed a massive bronze whaler off the rocks, and I realized the expedition didn't have to be far away. It was right here. I was hooked. I started taking friends and family out to feel it for themselves. Word got around. Another local outfitter began sending me their overflow trips, and somewhere in there, the guide in me was born. I'm a teacher by nature. I love reading the day, the tide, the fish, walking a client through exactly what I see and why, and watching it prove true on the line. I stay two steps ahead of the fish so we don't lose it. Any day on the water beats a day in an office. The uncertainty, and working my way through it, is the part I never get tired of. Every client leaves with something filled that wasn't there when they arrived. That's the only testimony I need.
