Booking of all types of trips or boat activities with us is non-cancellable. Except for the weather on the day of the trip, there are stormy winds and cannot do any activities. The company will return all the deposits to the customer according to the actual amount.

Customers can change the travel date. By informing us 3 days prior to the start of the trip, no additional charges will be incurred.
