Since opening, FISH-N-TALES CHARTERS has been proud to serve the people of our community. We are committed to not only providing quality services, but going above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. We charter out of Ludington Michigan, and we target kings, coho,steelhead, lake trout and brown trout.
Your trip will take place on board the “Black Label”. She is a 39’ sportfisher with twin 400 engines, and is one of the best boats on the Great Lakes. With all the latest fishing gear and navigational equipment along with safety gear approved by the USCG, you will have a productive and safe fishing trip. She has all the comforts of home, like a cabin that is fully air conditioned, as well as a full bathroom. Your day on the water will be productive, comfortable and safe when you book with FISH-n-TALES
When you book with FISH-n-TALES Charters, all your gear from rods & reels, to your tackle are all included. We have a variety of different ways we go after your catch, from trolling and downriggers, to bouncing the bottom. Light tackle is used along with the occasional live bait. If you are age 17 and up a state fishing license is required, please make sure you purchase one before coming to the boat to fish. After your trip with FISH-n-TALES Charters, all of your catch will be cleaned, filleted and bagged for you by the first mate on the boat.

As a captain, I have been fishing my whole life, it was only in 2018 that I decided to make it official to dedicate my time to solely spending my time to fishing on Lake Michigan after king salmon, coho, lake trout, brown trout and steelhead. Prior to that I was running walleye trips out sometimes twice a day. Now I try to help out people that wanna fish but don’t wanna incur the cost of owning a boat, helping them to make memories they can talk about for a lifetime.

How to get there

Directions to the marina are to take US-10 west into Ludington to Washington street turn south go about 1 1/2 miles go over the bridge to second street turn west into copeyon park come down to the club house and park and let me know when y’all are here and I’ll come out and get you!

Pay remaining balance to the captain
The remaining balance will be paid directly to the charter on the trip date.
